About OCC
Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is a global outreach project run by Samaritan’s Purse, a Christian humanitarian organization founded by Franklin Graham (Billy Graham’s son). Its mission is to share God’s love with children in need around the world — both practically and spiritually — through the simple gift of a shoebox filled with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items.
Why Support OCC?
As the Bible reminds us in 2 Corinthians 9:7, “Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” Every donation — whether it’s a filled shoebox, a small gift, or a financial contribution — helps send a message of God’s love and kindness to a child who may never have received a gift before. It’s more than a box; it’s a chance to share hope, plant seeds of faith, and remind others that they are seen, loved, and valued by God. Together, we can make a lasting impact — one shoebox at a time. 💝

Operation Christmas Child holds a very special place in Amanda’s heart. Her home church serves as a drop-off location each year, allowing her to see firsthand the incredible impact this ministry has around the world.
For Amanda, OCC represents more than just giving gifts — it’s about sharing the love and message of Jesus Christ in a simple, tangible way. Each shoebox serves as a reminder to a child that they are seen, loved, and valued by God.
What inspires her most is that OCC’s mission continues beyond Christmas, reaching children year-round with hope, joy, and the Gospel. Supporting this charity reflects Amanda’s heart for faith in action, generosity, and shining God’s light in the community.
As Matthew 5:16 beautifully says,

How We Support OCC
At every market and in-store event, we’re proud to support Operation Christmas Child (OCC) — a ministry that brings hope and joy to children around the world through simple shoebox gifts filled with love. We believe that giving is one of the most beautiful ways to live out our faith. We accept donations whether its monetary or a gift or even a filled shoebox! Shoeboxes will always be available at events and in store (when we open).
